At Mazer Appliance, we stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home equipment. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Prepare the Appliance

    Ensure the appliance is clean, disconnected, and packed in its original box with all manuals, hardware, and protective materials included.

    Arrange Transportation

    For large appliances, we will schedule a professional pickup; for smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label and drop it off at an authorized carrier.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
